  1. Monday – Friday 08.30 AM – 04.30 PM

Answer : Yes, day and time that library open

  2. Saturday – Sunday 10.00 AM – 06.00 PM

Question : During study online at home, how to borrow books from library?
Answer : Search title of books that you want to borrow from website : library.wu.ac.th and use Book Delivery Service by scan (qr code) or filling out the request.

Question : How many books can students borrow for how many days?
Answer : Borrowing regulation are as follows:

  1. Undergraduate students can borrow 10 books 10 days
  2. Graduate students can borrow 15 books 30 days

Note : can renew book 2 more times continuous

Question : How to use the university’s internet network from outside?
Answer : Install Forti Client (VPN), can use university’s internet network

Question : What is Walailak libraly website?
Answer : Website : library.wu.ac.th

Question : During study online at home, how to return books to library?
Answer : Return books by post or private transport company. Address : Center fo Libraty Resources and Educational Media, Walailak University 222 Thaiburi, Thasala District Nakhonsithammarat 80161

Question : How to request a login code to use the Netflix service?
Answer : Online service request form and fill out an evaluation form after use.

Question : How to check the book borrowing lists and re-borrowing by yourself through the library website?
 Answer : Go to website : library.wu.ac.th –> choose menu Member –> login (username/password) it same to Walailak internet ans email –> Checked out and due date or contact Walailak University Library

Question : Can I pay the library fines online?
Answer : Yes , as follows :

  1. Check libray fines to library.wu.ac.th –> choose menu Member –> login (username/password) it same to Walailak internet and email –> choose fine
  2. scan qr code or transfer money to Krungthai bank number 828 0 954015

Note : send a proof slip transfer money to Walailak University Library
