Learning Skill Encouragement was created through collaboration of the Center for Library Resources and Educational Media’s working group and lecturers to specify the topic of the activity in order to make it release with teaching, necessity, and desired characteristics of graduates. It focuses on increasing participants’ thinking, speaking, and reading skills, as well as their understanding of technology and computers, which are important skills for studying and working in the 21^st century. Throughout the year, there are ongoing activity strategies.
