The Walailak University Biosafety Committee has established a plan to organize a practical training course on Biosafety and Biosecurity for Fiscal Year 2025. The training will be conducted over a period of two days at Walailak University. The course is accredited by the Department of Medical Sciences. Participants who complete the training may use the certification for a period of three years.

The training is intended for researchers at Walailak University whose research involves the use of pathogens and animal-derived toxins.

The Committee kindly requests assistance in disseminating this information to researchers and personnel who intend to apply for permission to breed, keep, and use laboratory animals under the supervision of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Walailak University.

Interested researchers and personnel are invited to complete the survey to provide information that will support the University’s planning and assistance in the process of obtaining licenses for the use of animals for scientific purposes at Walailak University, in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations.
