On August 26, 2026, the Center for Library and Educational Media, Walailak University, participated in Walailak Innovation SDG Plus 2026, presenting its innovative project, “CLM-Workload Workload Analysis System.” The presentation aimed to showcase the Center’s innovation and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experiences in applying digital technology to improve work processes and organizational management.
CLM-Workload: An Innovative Approach to Workforce Workload Analysis
The CLM-Workload system was developed to support the analysis and management of staff workloads by collecting data on job responsibilities, work processes, and the time required to complete various tasks.
The system analyzes and systematically visualizes workload data, enabling users to gain a clearer overview of workloads across different types of tasks. The resulting insights can then be used to support workforce planning, resource allocation, and more effective human resource management.
Presenting the Innovation
The project was presented by Mr. Chatchawan Nakphan and Mr. Thitikorn Thongaied, who introduced the project’s concept, system development process, and approaches to applying digital technology to improve the efficiency of staff workload management.
Their presentation demonstrated how technology and data-driven approaches can be integrated into organizational workflows to provide more systematic and informed approaches to workload analysis and management.

Participation in Walailak Innovation SDG Plus 2026 provided an important opportunity for the Center for Library and Educational Media to showcase its innovation while exchanging ideas, perspectives, and experiences with participants from various organizations.
