This training course aimed to help professional operations and general administrative staff who want to prepare an operation manual for requesting accreditation by using a simple and accurate template according to the format specified by the university for publishing operation manual, which can save time and reduce hassle in setting up various settings. Mr. Chatchawan Narkpan, Computer Systems Analyst Systematic and Technology Development and Miss Aporn Chaisuwan, Head of the Division of Information Resource Development, were speakers. This training course has received great attention, as there were 43 staff members from various division within Walailak university registered to attend and it is expected that this training course will be organized continuously for fiscal year 2024.
