On Friday, November 14, 2025, the School of Accountancy and Finance, in collaboration with the Center for Library and Educational Media, Walailak University, organized the “BIZ GAME COMPETITION: Business Games for Conquering the Future” at the Srithammarat Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Architecture and Design Building, and the Sabai Co-Working Space, 1st Floor.

The event was honored by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Charan Boonyakan, Vice President for Academic Affairs in Humanities and Social Sciences, and Assistant Professor Dr. Wijitra Phetcharakit, Assistant Vice President for Educational Achievement Monitoring and Learning Resources, who jointly presided over the opening ceremony.

The activity aimed to provide students with hands-on learning through a Business Simulation Game, enhancing strategic thinking, understanding of economic systems, and analytical problem-solving skills—essential competencies for the 21st century. The event also contributed to promoting the Five Core Values of Walailak University: “Love of Country, Gratitude, Discipline, Volunteer Spirit, and Leadership Development.”

The competition attracted considerable interest from students representing various educational institutions, with a large number participating in the event. Dr. Kanitsorn Suriya-paiboonwattana, Deputy Director of the Center for Library and Educational Media, also served as one of the judges, evaluating the participants’ potential, strategic decision-making, and overall performance.

The event reflects Walailak University’s commitment to empowering learners with essential future-ready skills and creating a creative learning environment that responds effectively to the challenges and opportunities of the modern world.
