The Center for Library Resources and Educational medias Hosts Annual Organizational Seminar for 2025
The Center for Library Resources and Educational medias is organizing an organizational seminar under the project “Organizational Development Towards a High-Performance Organization.” The event will take place on March 3, 2025, at Room AD 1307, Faculty of Architecture and Design Building, and on March 14-15, 2025, at Khanom Sunrise Resort & Hotel, Khanom District.
The objectives of this seminar are:
- To review various strategies to align with the digital environment and the university’s direction.
- To develop an organizational structure that suits the current administrative changes and improvements.
- To ensure clear and streamlined management processes, reducing complexity in roles and responsibilities, thereby enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in administration.
On March 3, 2025, the seminar will be honored by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Charan Boonyakarn, Vice President overseeing the Information and Educational Media Center, who will deliver the opening speech and outline operational policies for the center. Additionally, Associate Professor Dr. Suwit Wutthisuttimethavee, Vice President, will deliver a keynote lecture on “Organizational Structure: Managing Change for Organizational Success.”
The seminar on March 14-15 at Khanom Sunrise Resort & Hotel will focus on presenting the outcomes of brainstorming sessions and group activities conducted on March 3. These insights will be refined to align with the strategic direction of the Information and Educational Media Center and the university, ensuring the center operates as a service unit with maximum productivity.
