Personnel from the Library and Educational Media Center Participate in the 11th Seminar on Academic Cooperation for Developing Green Library Networks
On February 10-11, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Siwanath Nantaphichai, Director of the Center for Library Resources and Educational Media , along with Mr. Thawatchai Praduu, Administrative Officer, and Mr. Suwat Koetmanee, Librarian, attended the 11th Seminar on Academic Cooperation for Developing Green Library Networks. The event was held under the theme “There Is No Waste in This World; It’s Just Resources in the Wrong Place” at the Information Technology and Library Services Office of Phibulsongkram Rajabhat University in Phitsanulok.
The seminar aimed to provide network partners with knowledge and experiences related to energy conservation and environmental protection, the creation of innovations for the environment, and raising awareness of the importance of conserving energy and the environment to achieve sustainability. The opening ceremony was honored by Mr. Thawit Sermphakdeekul, the Governor of Phitsanulok, who delivered the keynote address on “Phitsanulok: A City Utilizing Waste,” along with a special lecture on “Waste Management at Phibulsongkram Rajabhat University” by the university president, Assistant Professor Dr. Chumphon Samakhan.
In addition to the lectures at the seminar, the organizing committee arranged for attendees to visit Wangpanit International Company to study waste management and the beneficial use of waste materials for generating income.
