The PULINET Library Network Aims to Enhance Personnel Potential at the 15th National Academic Conference
The Provincial University Library Network (PULINET) is dedicated to strengthening and sustainably developing the potential of its personnel through an open platform for knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and building mutual understanding among librarians, information technology specialists, educators, researchers, and professionals from both public and private sectors. This effort is particularly focused on libraries within higher education institutions to improve library management and services.
This year, the Office of Academic Resources at Mahasarakham University hosted the PULINET 2025 Conference under the theme “Beyond Library: Knowledge Infinity Through the Future”, held from January 15–17, 2025, at the Chalermprakiat Building. The event was officially opened by Asst. Prof. Dr. Monrudee Chaowarat, Vice President for Student Development and Council Affairs, Mahasarakham University.
The conference aimed to serve as a platform for exchanging knowledge and presenting academic and research works to personnel within the PULINET network. Over 300 participants from libraries across the country attended the event. Activities included keynote speeches and the presentation of 79 research works. The Center for Library Resources and Educational Media, Walailak University, contributed one presentation titledก่ “Perceived Service Quality of the Center for Library Resources and Educational Media, Walailak University,” delivered by Mr. Preecha Ratsamee, Head of Learning Promotion and Educational Services, and Mr. Chatchawan Nakphan, Computer System Analyst.
Additionally, during the opening ceremony, the PULINET Award 2024 was presented to Prof. Dr. Wanida Kaenarak to honor her outstanding contributions to the fields of library and information science and higher education libraries.
