Staff of The Center for Library Resources and Educational media welcomed and provided lunch for the Council President, University Council members, University administrators and outstanding lecturers who received the Honorary Pin Award on the occasion of the Royal Graduation Ceremony for the Academic Year 2023.
On Wednesday, September 25, 2024, the Library and Educational Media Center, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Siwanat Nantapichai, Director of the Library and Educational Media Center, and the Library and Educational Media Center staff welcomed and provided lunch to Mr. Thirachai Chemnasirin, Chairman of the University Council. Mr. Chareon Thipphongthada, University Council Member, Professor Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, Acting Rector, university administrators and 7 outstanding lecturers received the Honorary Pins. On the occasion that His Majesty the King graciously bestowed Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Walailak, Princess Srisavangavadhana Worakhattiyarajnari His Majesty represented His Majesty at the Main Auditorium, Thaiburi Building, Walailak University, Thasala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, to grant degrees to graduates of Walailak University for the academic year 2023 at the meeting room, Learning and Teaching Innovation Center, Walailak University.
In the academic year 2023, Walailak University will be 32 years of operation, with progress in its operations towards becoming a World Class University. The university currently offers teaching in 16 schools, 4 colleges, and offers a total of 75 programs. There are 47 bachelor’s degree programs, 15 master’s degree programs, and 13 doctoral degree programs, with a total of 23 international programs. The university currently has a total of 11,753 students, of which 11,418 are bachelor’s degree students, 167 are master’s degree students, and 168 are doctoral degree students.
