This activity has been organized with the kind assistance from Mrs. Chujai Chuaichoo, Supervisor of Guidance & Scholarships, Division of Student Support & Development, Walailak University, who has knowledge and experience in writing operational manuals and has been successful. Mrs. Chujai joined in exchanging knowledge and sharing techniques for writing operational manuals from regular work to inspire staff of The Center for Library Resources and Education Media. The last part of the activity was to answer questions. This activity was a success at a very satisfactory level. There were 21 staff members interested in participating in this activity from various positions, including librarian, educational technology specialist, computer systems analyst, and administrative officer from all divisions.
