{"id":31734,"date":"2026-08-27T09:04:00","date_gmt":"2026-08-27T02:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/library.wu.ac.th\/?p=31734"},"modified":"2026-08-31T09:46:20","modified_gmt":"2026-08-31T02:46:20","slug":"center-for-library-and-educational-media-presents-clm-workload-innovation-at-walailak-innovation-sdg-plus-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/library.wu.ac.th\/?p=31734","title":{"rendered":"Center for Library and Educational Media Presents CLM-Workload Innovation at Walailak Innovation SDG Plus 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On <strong>August 26, 2026<\/strong>, the <strong>Center for Library and Educational Media, Walailak University<\/strong>, participated in <strong>Walailak Innovation SDG Plus 2026<\/strong>, presenting its innovative project, <strong>\u201cCLM-Workload Workload Analysis System.\u201d<\/strong> The presentation aimed to showcase the Center\u2019s innovation and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experiences in applying digital technology to improve work processes and organizational management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CLM-Workload: An Innovative Approach to Workforce Workload Analysis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>CLM-Workload<\/strong> system was developed to support the <strong>analysis and management of staff workloads<\/strong> by collecting data on job responsibilities, work processes, and the time required to complete various tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system analyzes and systematically visualizes workload data, enabling users to gain a clearer overview of workloads across different types of tasks. The resulting insights can then be used to support <strong>workforce planning, resource allocation, and more effective human resource management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Presenting the Innovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project was presented by <strong>Mr. Chatchawan Nakphan<\/strong> and <strong>Mr. Thitikorn Thongaied<\/strong>, who introduced the project\u2019s concept, system development process, and approaches to applying digital technology to improve the efficiency of staff workload management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their presentation demonstrated how technology and data-driven approaches can be integrated into organizational workflows to provide more systematic and informed approaches to workload analysis and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sharing Knowledge and Driving Sustainable Innovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation in <strong>Walailak Innovation SDG Plus 2026<\/strong> provided an important opportunity for the Center for Library and Educational Media to showcase its innovation while exchanging ideas, perspectives, and experiences with participants from various organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The knowledge and feedback gained from the event will contribute to the continued development and enhancement of the <strong>CLM-Workload<\/strong> system, enabling it to respond more effectively to organizational needs and support sustainable improvements in workplace management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Center for Library and Educational Media<\/strong> remains committed to applying <strong>digital technology and innovation<\/strong> to improve work processes, enhance management efficiency, and continuously support the transformation of the organization into an <strong>innovative and
